Each cloud conversion (high-fidelity Office, video, OCR, the PDF toolkit, the API) counts once toward your monthly allowance. On-device tools, like HEIC to JPG, run in your browser and never count. A few heavy jobs (OCR, large PDF to Office) count as a little more.
When you turn a document into AI-ready data (Markdown, JSON, structured extraction), you’re billed per page processed. AI Pro includes 500 AI pages per month, Business includes 1,500.
Yes, cancel whenever, no lock-in. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then move to Free. Your history and files stay with you.
