Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These terms govern your use of BitMorph. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
BitMorph is a file transformation platform. It provides on-device conversions (run in your browser) and cloud/AI features (run on our servers) as described on the site. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use BitMorph. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans (Pro, AI Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
- Some features are metered (e.g. AI pages) and subject to fair-use caps. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.
- For consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right may be waived once processing of a digital service begins, as permitted by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to process content you have no right to process, or that is unlawful.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls, or script the free interface as a backend.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the service.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you convert. You grant us only the limited, temporary rights needed to perform the conversion you request. We do not use your files to train models. See the Privacy Policy for how files are handled and deleted.
6. Availability & warranties
We work hard to keep BitMorph reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every conversion will be perfect for your use case.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitMorph is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: legal@bitmorph.io.
